This place is amazing! It is such a warm atmosphere. The worker who made our food and served us, Juan, is so kind and so helpful. The pizza was amazing and Juan was wonderful and hard working! The music is wonderful! And pizza absolutely delicious! One of the best I have had all my life. And a generous amount for a generous price!

The moment I landed in NYC, I was hit with a craving for a classic New York slice-and after seeing some glowing reviews from locals, I made a beeline for this spot. I’m so glad I did, because it absolutely delivered. I tried both the Margherita and Funghi slices, and each one had its own standout qualities. The Margherita slice was generously loaded with gooey, melted cheese, balanced by a bright, flavorful tomato sauce that tasted fresh and robust. The crust had that signature New York fold-thin, slightly crisp on the bottom, and chewy in the best way. The Funghi slice was equally impressive, piled high with mushrooms that brought a deep, earthy flavor, complementing the cheese and sauce beautifully. It's also super affordable for the price range! Service was quick and efficient, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the shop itself had a clean, inviting ambiance. Even the restroom was spotless, which is always a good sign. Overall, if you're in the city and craving that quintessential New York slice, this place should be on your list. Highly recommended!

One of the most solid pizza spots in the city. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or going all in on a full pie, East Village Pizza never misses. The crust is perfect — crispy and thin — and the toppings are always fresh and loaded. The pepperoni and margaritas are next level. Plus, the staff is super chill and always working hard. Been coming here for years and it always hits the spot.

Was looking for a pizza spot nearby because I was craving pizza and East Village Pizza definitely hit the spot. Ordered a pepperoni slice as it just came out the oven piping hot. The pepperoni had the perfect amount of crisp and the crust was also thin and crispy. It’s a small pizza spot with two tables and a few bar seats. The service was quick and friendly. Will definitely stop by if I am craving a new york slice again.

Delicious pizza and a super friendly owner. The pizzas are great, but the garlic cheese bread is also a must-try. Just make sure you’re hungry before starting on those garlic cheese breads haha.

This place didn't disappoint at all. Hands down one of the best pizza places in New York City. They got a lot of options to choose from and everything is made from scratch and is piping hot. I got one barbeque chicken slice and 1 mushroom cheese slice to give a try and they both were absolutely delicious!! The garlic knots were also quite tasty. Pricing seems fair given the standard cost of living lately. Very close to 1st Avenue Subway station.

We stumbled upon this pizzeria in East Village, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! The thin, crispy crust and fresh ingredients made every bite unforgettable. From the Margherita to the pepperoni, each slice was a flavor explosion. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
